Class Cancellation Policy
Valiantys may, at its sole discretion, cancel, reschedule, or modify any training course, in whole or in part, for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient enrollment or instructor availability. In the event of a cancellation by Valiantys, registered participants will be promptly notified and provided the option to transfer to a future session or receive a full refund of any fees paid. Valiantys shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by participants as a result of reasonable cancellation, including but not limited to travel or accommodation expenses.
