Chief Executive Officer
Emmanuel Benoit is the Global Chief Executive Officer of Valiantys, leading the company’s strategic vision as a premier Atlassian-focused consultancy. With over two decades of experience in strategic business development and digital innovation, Emmanuel has been instrumental in Valiantys’ rapid growth across North America and globally. Since joining the company in 2018, he has led the expansion into key markets, scaling operations and deepening client impact. Prior to Valiantys, Emmanuel held executive roles in tech and publishing, consistently driving market expansion and growth in dynamic environments for leading brands worldwide.

Florent Razafi
Chief Operating Officer
Florent Razafi is the Chief Operating Officer at Valiantys, where he leads global strategy, corporate development, and transformation across sales, delivery, finance, HR, and IT. With extensive experience in M&A, value creation, and financial leadership at top firms including Proxis (International Chemical company), Boston Consulting Group, KPMG. Florent is recognized for driving performance and successful integrations in dynamic international environments. His leadership and customer-centric approach continue to strengthen Valiantys’ position as a leading IT consulting partner.

Dimitri Spyridopoulos
Chief Strategy Officer & APAC General Manager
Dimitri Spyridopoulos is the Chief Strategy Officer and EVP of the APAC region. With over 25 years of experience in technology leadership, Dimitri previously founded and led GLiNTECH, building it into a respected industry player over two decades. His extensive background spans executive management, software engineering, and consulting roles at organizations such as Oracle and Cross Border Exchange. In his dual role, Dimitri is guiding Valiantys’ long-term growth through strategic transformation, commercialization of IP-rich solutions, and vertical go-to-market innovation. He is known for driving innovation, operational excellence, and delivering transformative outcomes for clients across the Asia-Pacific region.

Simon Phillips
EVP & EMEA General Manager
Simon Phillips is the General Manager for EMEA at Valiantys, where he leads regional operations across sales, marketing, delivery, and support. With over 20 years of experience leading complex, multi-market teams in technology, consulting, and digital transformation, Simon is known for aligning business transformation with evolving client needs. Prior to Valiantys, he held global sales leadership roles at Falcon Group and spent over a decade at Capgemini, where he held multiple senior positions including UK Board Member and Head of Private Sector. Simon’s leadership is defined by a consistent track record of growth, innovation, and building multi-market teams in technology, consulting.

Israel Forst
EVP & North America General Manager
Israel serves the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Valiantys North America, leading the charge in driving innovation and growth through Atlassian-focused IT consulting solutions. Israel brings 25 years of Customer Success and Professional Services leadership experience. Most recently, Israel spent 12 years at Salesforce where he served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Salesforce’s Tech & Telco Professional Services vertical. Israel brings a wealth of enterprise Professional Services and scaled leadership experience to Valiantys where he continues his track record of building high-performing teams and driving incredible value with his customers.

Nathan Chantrenne
Chief AI Officer
Nathan Chantrenne serves as Chief AI Officer at Valiantys, where he leads the company’s global strategy for artificial intelligence innovation and adoption. In this role, Nathan is focused on driving responsible and transformative AI solutions across service management and agile delivery, enabling customers to accelerate outcomes and operate with greater intelligence and efficiency. Prior to his current role, Nathan held various leadership roles within Valiantys including Chief Solutions Officer, Chief Technical Officer, and Head of Professional Services France. Dan Buffham serves as the Chief Information Officer at Valiantys, an Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner, bringing over 25 years of IT expertise and 16+ years specializing in the Atlassian tool stack.
