Over the past twenty years, she has spearheaded product marketing initiatives focused on ITSM, BPM, and machine learning at ServiceNow, Serena Software (MicroFocus), Vitria, Ayasdi, and Fujitsu, She holds an M.S. in Mass Communications and Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering.
