VertygoSLA gives three custom fields : Guaranteed Time of Resolution, the Guaranteed Time of Intervention and with the last one, you can define any timer you wants . Each of them shows :
- a calculated due date (the method of calculation is defined in the administration section),
- an agreement time : the maximum time allowed to perform an action,
- a progress bar which shows the percentage of the working hours consumed,
- the consumed hours since the creation of the issue,
- the remaining hours : difference between the calculated due date and the actual time, according to a working calendar

- Software maintenance period will commence from the expiration date of the previous maintenance period, regardless of when the maintenance renewal is purchased. If you intend to renew, we recommend renewing at least 30 days before expiration.

Community
VertygoSLA is free to use by official non-profit organisations and charities (proof of non-profit status is required). There are certain organisations whose purpose is to make the world a better place, and we believe in helping them achieve that.
Community licenses are designed for organisations which are:
- non-profit,
- non-government,
- non-academic,
- non-commercial,
- non-political
- secular
In nature, that would not otherwise be able to afford JIRA. If your organisation is philanthropic in nature then you probably qualify.
To apply for a Community License, send us an email specifying the following information:
- The registered name of your organization
- Your organization's URL
- a short description of your organization
Open Source
VALIANTYS supports and believes in the Open Source movement. VertygoSLA is free for any Open Source project to use.
There are a few requirements for an Open Source license, the main ones being:
- Established code base
- Publicly available project website
- Using an approved open source license
- Your JIRA instance will be publicly accessible
To apply for an Open Source License, send us an email specifying the following information:
- Project Name
- Project URL - Your project must have a public URL
- Project Description - Please outline the goals of your project and its intended users.
- JIRA Instance URL.
- Open Source License(s) used - Licenses must be on the list of licenses approved by the Open Source Initiative at http://opensource.org/licenses/alphabetical
